Call Services

RedBone provides cleaning and re-tuning services for all of our customers to ensure their calls are ready for the upcoming season! 

The retune option includes new reeds.

The rebuild option includes a new tone board, wedge, and reeds.

Once this service is ordered, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the Call:

   • Securely package the call in a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.

2. Include Contact Information:

   • Please include a note inside the package with the following details:
     • Your full name
     • Your phone number and/or email address
     • Your mailing address
     • Any specific instructions or information related to the call
3. Ship the Package via USPS Pre-Paid Label
   
   
• After you place the order, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. 
• Print the label and ship the call via USPS.
